Zoe excels in a wide operatic repertoire including Mozart, Verdi, Wagner, Bellini, Donizetti, Rimsky-Korsakov and Mussorgski., as well as Oratoria and Lieder.

A prolific composer, Zoe composes chamber music, as well as pieces for string ensembles and symphonic orchestras. Her Opera King Lear, was premiered in 2024 at the International Festival PrisVovalFest in Pristina, Kosovo.
